A teenage boy carrying a severed head walked into a Japanese police station Tuesday saying he killed his mother, the latest in a series of grisly dismemberments that have horrified a nation renowned for its low crime rate.

The 17-year-old suspect led officers to his house in northern Fukushima prefecture (state) and pointed out his headless mother on her futon mattress, with a frank, "It's in here," Kyodo News reported.

He told police he beheaded his mother on the eve of her 47th birthday while she slept, and added, "It didn't matter who I killed," Kyodo reported. Police confirmed the arrest.

Japan has long prided itself on safe streets and low incidents of violent crime. But the latest killing triggered soul searching about what some worry is a disturbing new trend _ particularly with its mix of youthful aggression and icy remorselessness.

"If true, it's horrifying," Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuhisa Shiozaki said.

Last year, a jobless man allegedly cut up his mother and entombed her body parts in concrete-filled buckets left abandoned in a yard.

In January, Tokyo was put on edge when a woman confessed to dismembering her husband with a saw and dumping the parts around the capital.

Then just weeks ago, the nation was riveted by a high-profile verdict in the death of a british bar hostess whose body was also dismembered and stashed in a seaside cave.

While dismemberment crimes are not unique to Japan, experts say such cases are on the rise as the country grapples with the fallout of a decade of economic malaise. Alienation and a trend toward objectifying fellow humans are also fueling the violence.

"There have been a high number of incidents involving dismembered bodies and I certainly think there is a chain reaction going on," said Susumu Oda, an expert in criminal psychology at Japan's Tezukayamagakuin University.

Tuesday's case recalls a 1997 slaying in which a 14-year-old boy beheaded an 11-year-old and left the head at a school gate with a sinister note stuffed in the mouth.

That case spurred widespread debate about tougher laws against juvenile offenders.

Dismemberments made headlines again last year when a man in western Japan reportedly cut up his mother's body and encased the remains in concrete buckets.

The 37-year-old suspect also allegedly roasted some of the parts on an electric grill before throwing them in the garbage, apparently to delay decomposition and hide the odor.

In the January case, a woman confessed to bludgeoning her husband with a wine bottle, sawing the corpse in pieces and dumping his body parts around Tokyo.

The confession ended a murder mystery that began the previous month when a man's torso was found in a garbage bag on a Tokyo street.

The man's legs were later found at a separate location in Tokyo and his head was discovered in a suburban park weeks later. The woman told police that her husband had physically and emotionally abused her, local media reported.

Late last month, a serial rapist was sentenced to life in prison for nine attacks, but was cleared of raping and dismembering a British woman after a six-year trial that detailed one of Japan's most disturbing sex crimes.

The British victim, Lucie Blackman, worked at a hostess bar frequented by the suspect, and her body was discovered in a cave near his house _ her head also encased in concrete. While the suspect was convicted on other charges, the court said there was no solid evidence linking him to the Briton's death.

While such gruesome killings have outraged the nation, some experts caution that the dismembering of victims is not always a symptom of deeper social disfunction.

"In many cases, they killed in a desperate situation and carried or hid the body by dismembering it to avoid being caught for homicide," said Yoshikazu Yuuma, an expert in criminal psychology at Saitama Institute of technology outside Tokyo.

Philippines finds melamine in Chinese milk

Philippine health officials have found melamine in two out of 30 milk products from China that have been tested for the industrial chemical at the center of China's latest food-safety scandal.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III identified the brands Friday as Mengniu and Yili, which have already been found to be contaminated in tests in China.

Duque said the 28 other products that include M&M chocolate candies, powdered milk and yogurt have been cleared for sale and 200 more were being tested. Additional results may be released early next week.

The Philippine government halted the importation and sale of Chinese milk products pending inspections last week after melamine-tainted milk was blamed for four deaths and kidney stones and other illnesses in 54,000 children in China.

Philippine Press Secretary Jesus Dureza said the government's action was meant to protect the public and should not ruffle ties with China, one of the country's main trading partners.

"Conducting due diligence to protect the consumer is never an overreaction. We'd rather overreact than underreact because it's the health and safety of the consumers that are paramount," he said.

Duque said one large supermarket has been charged for violating the ban and authorities were inspecting another.

Duque said he has ordered hospitals to report children with renal problems who may have been drinking milk from China, but that none has been reported so far.

The new regulations require exporters from such countries as Australia and New Zealand to disclose where their milk came from before shipping to the Philippines. If an exporter fails to make a full disclosure, officials will assume the product came from China and ban it, Duque said.

Australian doctor charged with assaulting patients

A former gynecologist was arrested Wednesday in Australia on charges that he sexually assaulted several patients and mutilated the genitals of at least one of them during surgery, authorities said.

Graeme Reeves, 58, was arrested in Sydney following an investigation into 113 allegations of misconduct involving at least 10 patients between 2001 and 2003 in Sydney and the southern New South Wales town of Bega.

Reeves, dubbed the "Butcher of Bega" by the Australian media, was charged with nine counts of aggravated sexual assault, six counts of indecent assault, one count of female genital mutilation and one count of maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm.

He faces life in prison if convicted on all charges.

Reeves appeared briefly in court Wednesday but did not enter a plea. His lawyer, Greg Murray, argued for bail, but Parramatta Local Court Magistrate James Garbett rejected the request, calling the former doctor a flight risk. Reeves' next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 5.

A message left on Murray's mobile phone seeking comment was not immediately returned.

Child Protection and Sex Crimes Squad Superintendent John Kerlatec said in a statement that the charges filed against Reeves "are a testament of the courage demonstrated by these women who have bravely come forward to report such traumatic events."

One patient, who underwent surgery in 2002 to remove a lesion from her labia, told reporters earlier this year that as she was falling asleep from general anesthesia before the operation, Reeves whispered to her that he planned to remove her clitoris. The woman said all her external genitalia were removed during the operation.

Reeves was appointed as a visiting medical officer in obstetrics and gynecology at Sydney's Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital in 198. Over the next 15 years, 35 complaints were lodged against him by co-workers and patients, including accusations that he bullied staff and failed to offer patients proper anesthesia and pain relief during procedures.

In 1997, a professional standards committee of the state's medical board held an inquiryinto Reeves' conduct after one of his patients died of septicemia after giving birth because he refused to give her antibiotics. The board found him guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct and ordered him to stop practicing obstetrics - though he was allowed to continue working as a doctor at various hositals.

Reeves also was ordered to receive psychiatric treatment after the board determined he suffered from personality problems and depression that impaired his ability to practice medicine.

But Reeves continued to practice obstetrics. In 2004, his license was revoked for defying the board's orders.

Police declined to release additional details of the allegations against Reeves.

SMS drives man to kill partner

BEKASI: The police have identified the body of a girl found Friday in Bojong Rawalumbu housing complex in Bekasi, West Java, police said Saturday.

The victim was Ani Suharni, 16, a resident of Mustikajaya district.

They have also identified a suspect arrested Friday night as Nanang, 20, who was the victim's boyfriend.

Nanang, who has a wife and child, had alerted local residents of the housing complex about the body. The police later questioned him as a witness.

"The motive was jealousy. The suspect was angry at the victim because she received an SMS from another guy," Bekasi Police chief Sr. Comr. Mas Guntur Laupe was quoted as saying by kompas.com on Saturday.

After an argument, Nanang strangled Ani to death Thursday night in a field in Rawalumbu.

Nanang returned to the crime scene the following morning. He admitted to having sexual intercourse with Ani's body that morning. -- JP

Date rape is growing more common on high school and college campuses. It often occurs in someone’s home or dormitory or an automobile.

Another good Self Defense Tip is many women and girls fear that reporting an attack will make the rapist angry and bring on more aggression. Some women are reluctant to humiliate a man they think is a “friend.”

While rape between strangers is condemned by society as a violent, criminal act, incidents of date rape are often minimized, largely due to our social training. Even today, girls are given the message from childhood on that they will be popular if they are submissive and compliant, while boys are taught that aggression and physical force are “manly.”

A good self defense tip is to know that you have the right to set sexual limits. You may have different limits with different people and your limits may change. But decide what you want or don’t want before you end up in the back seat of a car. Then communicate those limits to your date.

Pay attention to behavior that seems odd or pushy—such as when someone:
· sits or stands too close to you and enjoys your discomfort
· engages in power stares, looks through you or down at you
· blocks your way intentionally
· speaks or acts as if he knows you more intimately than he does
· grabs or pushes you
· doesn’t listen to you or disregards what you are saying, especially if you are saying “No.”

Be assertive. Get angry when someone does something to you that you don’t want. Respond immediately, and communicate your exact desires clearly.

Stand up for yourself, even if it means being rude. It’s perfectly okay to be rude to someone who is sexually pressuring you, even if his feelings get hurt. After all, he’s not paying any attention to your feelings

Here are some self defense tips to reduce the likelihood of date rape. Remember, the ability to reduce sexual assault does not mean you brought on the assault.

1. When you date someone for the first time, meet during the day in a public place like a restaurant, a movie, or wherever there is a crowd. Do group activities like double dating or playing miniature golf. If the two of you are alone, have lunch, not dinner. That way, you’ll build in a time limit.

2. Have your own transportation. Don’t depend on your date to get you home. It’s all too common for a woman to be driven to a secluded location and then assaulted. Also carry enough money for your own meals, tickets, and so on. Don’t ever depend on anyone financially. Many men still believe that any woman they spend money on owes them sexual favors.

3. Don’t use drugs or alcohol. If you do drink, know your limits. When you drink, the first thing you lose is your judgment.

4. If you’re at a party, never accept a ride from someone you’ve just met. Call a cab instead.

5. Watch out for men who become violent or won’t take no for an answer, even in nonsexual situations.

6. It’s a good idea to be clear with your date right from the start regarding your feelings about sex. Saying no is a lot easier at dinner than at your doorstep. Establish your expectations at the outset, what you will and won’t allow, when you are uncomfortable, and that “no” means NO. If you feel uncomfortable with your date’s responses or behaviors, clearly communicate those feelings.

7. Don’t take communication for granted.

8. If you invite your date in for a nightcap or coffee and he becomes aggressive, don’t hesitate to go to a friend’s or neighbor’s home to call the police.

9. Don’t automatically trust everyone. Have a written set of guidelines for dealing with unwelcome sexual behavior that you can teach your children.

10. Evaluate your own self-esteem. If it’s low, you might be attracting the wrong kinds of people. Low self-esteem leads many women to accept unacceptable behavior from a man. Some of the warning signs, which should NOT be ignored, include mood swings, fits of anger, inability to handle frustration, sexist jokes and behavior, overly controlling behavior, and lack of consideration for the feelings of you or others. Does your date insult you or demean you in front of friends? Does he pressure you for sex? Abuse alcohol or drugs? If you are attracting or tolerating these kinds of people, seek counseling.

Or take a self-defense course. Take it slowly in the early stages of a relationship. Don’t give out your address too soon. Get to know the person thoroughly. Cultivate your relationships as you would cultivate a plant. Let them grow at a natural pace.

Tyrannicide literally means the killing of a tyrant. The Monarchomachs in particular developed a theory of tyrannicide, as did the Jesuistic casuistry, criticized by Pascal in the Provincial Letters. Before them, the scholastic philosopher John of Salisbury also legitimised tyrannicide, under specific conditions, in the Policraticus (circa 1159).

Typically, the term is taken to mean the killing or assassination of tyrants for the common good. The term tyrannicide does not apply to tyrants killed in battle or killed by an enemy in an armed conflict. It is rarely applied when a tyrant is killed by a person acting for selfish reasons, such as to take power for themselves. Man held over fatal Croydon stabbing

A man has been arrested over the murder of a teenager who was stabbed in the neck.

The 30-year-old was arrested at an address in Sydenham, south London, in the early hours of Tuesday. He is in custody at a south London police station.

Nilanthan Murddi, 17, died after receiving a single stab wound to the neck during an incident in Croydon, south London, early on Saturday morning.

Police believe a man who argued with Nilanthan and a group of friends may have returned shortly afterwards to carry out the attack.

Scotland Yard said an allegation had been made that racist language was directed at the group in the early stages of the incident in Sumner Road.

Officers said they regarded this as a possible motive for the 17-year-old's murder.

Detective Chief Inspector Tim Grattan-Kane said: "We remain dedicated to finding and prosecuting the person responsible for Nilanthan's murder, irrespective of whether the incident is racially motivated or otherwise."

Nilanthan's sister Santhiya, 18, said the teenager's parents had been "destroyed" by the news of his murder.

The death takes the number of teenagers killed violently in London this year to 23.

There are four (4) different subtypes of psychopaths. The oldest distinction was made by Cleckley back in 1941 between primary and secondary :

PRIMARY PSYCHOPATHS do not respond to punishment, apprehension, stress, or disapproval. They seem to be able to inhibit their antisocial impulses most of the time, not because of conscience, but because it suits their purpose at the time. Words do not seem to have the same meaning for them as they do for us. In fact, it's unclear if they even grasp the meaning of their own words, a condition that Cleckley called "semantic aphasia." They don't follow any life plan, and it seems as if they are incapable of experiencing any genuine emotion.

SECONDARY PSYCHOPATHS are risk-takers, but are also more likely to be stress-reactive, worriers, and guilt-prone. They expose themselves to more stress than the average person, but they are as vulnerable to stress as the average person. (This suggests that they are not "fully psychopathic." This may be due to distinctive genetic variations.)

They are daring, adventurous, unconventional people who began playing by their own rules early in life. They are strongly driven by a desire to escape or avoid pain, but are unable to resist temptation. As their anxiety increases toward some forbidden object, so does their attraction to it. They live their lives by the lure of temptation. Both primary and secondary psychopaths can be subdivided into:

DISTEMPERED PSYCHOPATHS are the kind that seem to fly into a rage or frenzy more easily and more often than other subtypes. Their frenzy will resemble an epileptic fit. They are also usually men with incredibly strong sex drives, capable of astonishing feats of sexual energy, and seemingly obsessed by sexual urges during a large part of their waking lives. Powerful cravings also seem to characterize them, as in drug addiction, kleptomania, pedophilia, any illicit or illegal indulgence. They like the endorphin "high" or "rush" off of excitement and risk-taking. The serial-rapist-murderer known as the Boston Strangler was such a psychopath.

CHARISMATIC PSYCHOPATHS are charming, attractive liars. They are usually gifted at some talent or another, and they use it to their advantage in manipulating others. They are usually fast-talkers, and possess an almost demonic ability to persuade others out of everything they own, even their lives. Leaders of religious sects or cults, for example, might be psychopaths if they lead their followers to their deaths. This subtype often comes to believe in their own fictions. They are irresistible.

Sociopaths have always existed in varying form and to various degrees. They have been known by various titles. They have been studied using various techniques, and through the years their ailment has been blamed on various causes. But one thing never varies: all sociopaths share three common characteristics. While the psychopath has likes and dislikes and fondness for the pleasures that human company can bring, analysis shows that he is completely egocentric, valuing others only for their enhancement of his own pleasure or status. While he gives no real love, he is quite capable of inspiring love of sometimes fanatical degree in others.

He is generally superficially charming and often makes a striking impression as possessed of the noblest of human qualities. He makes friends easily, and is very manipulative, using his ability with words to talk his way out of trouble. Many psychopaths love to be admired and bask in the adulation of others.

With the lack of love, there is also a lack of empathy. The psychopath is unable to feel sorry for others in unfortunate situations or put himself in another's place, whether or not they have been harmed by him.

Aggravated Sexual Assault
A sexual assault is a physical contact of a sexual nature directed toward another person where that person does not give consent, gives consent as a result of intimidation or fraud, or consent is proscribed (i.e. the person is legally deemed incapable of giving consent because of youth, temporary/permanent (mental) incapacity or there is a familial relationship). An Aggravated Sexual Assault is a sexual assault involving any of the following aggravating circumstances:
*sexual intercourse (i.e. oral sex and/or penetration of either the vagina or anus by any part of the human body or by any object);
*infliction of injury or violence on the person;
*possession/use of a weapon;
*consent proscribed; or
*committed in company (i.e. by two or more persons).

Aggravated Sexual Assault includes Incest, Rape, Unlawful sexual intercourse, Unlawful fellatio/cunnilingus and Carnal knowledge.

Non-Aggravated Sexual Assault
Non-Aggravated Sexual Assault is a sexual assault not involving any of the aggravating circumstances as defined in Aggravated Sexual Assault. It includes Indecent Assault not involving any aggravating circumstances.

Aggravated Assault
An assault is the direct (and immediate/confrontational) infliction of force, injury or violence upon a person or persons or the direct (and immediate/confrontational) threat of force, injury or violence where there is an apprehension that the threat could be enacted. An Aggravated Assault as recorded by the WA Police is an assault that involves the aggravating circumstances of causing serious bodily injury. The Australian Standard Offence Classification also includes the following circumstances of aggravation:
*carried out in company;
*carried out using a weapon;
*carried out with the intent of preventing apprehension or committing a crime; or
*committed with the intent to recklessly endanger life or cause injury.

Non-Aggravated Assault
An assault not involving any of the aggravating circumstances as defined in Aggravated Assault. This category of offence also includes acts involving the indirect and non-confrontational infliction of harm, injury or violence upon a person such as administering drugs/poison or stupefying. For reporting purposes, non-aggravated assault incorporates assault (including a relatively small number of aggravated assaults) committed against a WA Police Officer acting in the execution of their duty.

Threatening Behaviour
Declaration of intention to punish or hurt, orally (including via the telephone or recording), or in writing, to injure body, property or reputation.

Deprivation of Liberty
Acts intended to unlawfully deprive another person of their freedom of movement against that person’s will or against the will of any parent, guardian or other person having lawful custody or care of that person. This category of offence includes abduction.

Aggravated Robbery (Firearm)
A robbery is the unlawful taking of property with intent to permanently deprive the owner of the property, from the immediate possession, control, custody or care of a person, accompanied by the use, and/or threatened use of immediate force or violence. An Aggravated Robbery (Firearm) is a robbery involving the possession/use of a firearm and may also involve the infliction of injury or violence on the person or be committed in company (i.e. by two or more persons).

Aggravated Robbery (Other)
An Aggravated Robbery (Other) is a robbery as defined in ‘Aggravated Robbery (Firearm)’ involving the possession/use of a weapon other than a firearm and may also involve the infliction of injury or violence on the person or be committed in company (i.e. by two or more persons) or committed against persons aged 60 and over.

Non-Aggravated Robbery
A Non-Aggravated Robbery is a robbery as defined in ‘Aggravated Robbery (Firearm)’ not involving any of the following aggravating circumstances:
*possession/use of a weapon;
*the infliction of injury or violence on the person; or
*committed in company (i.e. by two or more persons).

This category of offence also includes blackmail/extortion which is defined as unlawful demanding with intent to gain money, property or any other benefit from, or with intent to cause detriment to, another person accompanied by the use of coercive measures, to be carried out at some point in the future if the demand is not met. This may also include the use and/or threatened use of immediate force or violence. Coercive measures include, but are not limited to, the threat of:
*force or violence;
*the misuse of authority;
*criminal prosecution;
*the destruction of a person's reputation or social standing; or
*the destruction of a person's property.

Burglary (Dwelling)
To enter or attempt to enter any building, structure, tent or caravan that is ordinarily used for human habitation without consent, with intent to commit an offence such as to steal property.

Burglary (Non-dwelling)
To enter or attempt to enter a building, structure or tent other than a dwelling without the owner’s consent, with intent to commit an offence such as to steal property.

Steal Motor Vehicle
Unlawfully using a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner or the person in charge of that motor vehicle. ‘Steal motor vehicle’ excludes attempts to steal a motor vehicle, damaging or tampering/ interfering with a motor vehicle, or the theft of motor vehicle parts or the contents of a motor vehicle. For the purpose of this offence category, a motor vehicle is defined as a self-propelled vehicle that runs on a land surface (but is not restricted to rails or tram lines) and is eligible for registration for use on public roads, or could be made eligible for registration for use on public roads with modifications that would not change the essential nature of the vehicle. ‘Steal motor vehicle’ therefore excludes the theft of some types of motorised vehicle such as large mining trucks (super-haulers), gophers (motorised wheel chairs), golf carts, miniature motor cycles (pocket rockets), go carts and motorised bicycles/scooters, and also excludes the theft of trailers, semi-trailers or caravans (regardless of whether or not they were attached to a motor vehicle at the time of theft).

Theft
The unlawful taking or obtaining of money, goods or services, without the use of force, threat of force or violence, coercion or deception, with the intent to permanently deprive the owner or possessor of the use of the money or goods. This category of offence includes the theft of vehicle parts or the contents of a vehicle.

Receiving/Illegal Use
This offence category includes the following offences:
*Receiving, handling or processing money or goods taken or obtained illegally.
*The taking of another person’s property other than a motor vehicle, illegally and without permission with the intent of temporarily depriving the owner or possessor of the use of the property.

Fraud
This offence category includes the following offences:
*Inducing a course of action, by deceit or other dishonest conduct, with the intent to obtain money or other benefit or to evade a liability.
*The making, use or possession of a forged financial instrument with an intention to obtain an advantage.
*Dishonestly converting money or goods which came into a person’s possession or control not involving the use of deception or taking without consent.
*The giving, offering or accepting of reward to influence the exercise of power or authority.

Arson
Willfully and unlawfully destroying or damaging property by fire. Property includes a building or dwelling; vessel; bush land; crop; and motor vehicle.

Property Damage
An act (excl. graffiti) or omission to do an act with the intent to destroy or damage property.

Graffiti
Property damage caused by the application of substances (e.g. paint, posters and/or plastic, metal or wood based compounds) to the surface of the property.

Breach of a Restraint
Breaching any of the restraints imposed by a Violence Restraining Order or Misconduct Restraining Order or Police Orders.

Drug Offences (Traffic)
The unlawful sale, supply, cultivation or manufacture of a prohibited drug or plant.

Drug Offences (Possess)
The unlawful possession or use of a prohibited drug or plant, or the unlawful possession of a smoking implement.

There are 9 types of criminal according to Ruth Shonel Cavan from her book titled “Criminology” which are:

1. The casual offender
This type isn’t serious offense and because of that it can’t called crimnal . For example driving a bike without lamp at night or making a party without permission from the authorities.
2. The occasional criminal
This type is for people who did light crime, for example we driving a car and crush someone which just caused small chafed.
3. The episodic criminal
This type is a crime caused by emotionally stimulus. For example A back form work at middle of night and he see his wife having sex with his neighbour . We can imagine how angry he is, and automatically he take a knife and stab his neighbor.
4. The white collar criminal
This is kind of modern crime which do by someone who have invulnerability from law such as corruption.
5. The habitual criminal
People who always repeat his/her crime many times.
6. The professional criminal
Crime who did by someone as earnings . Actually it is nearly same with habitual crime because it was doing repeatidly. For example building brothel house or gambling house or drugs dealer.
7. Organized criminal
Professional criminal who have organitation and organized very well. For example is Torrio-Capone or other mafioso.
8. The mentally abnormal criminal
Criminal who have abnormal mental like psychopatis and psychotis.

MADRID - A bank robber known as "The Loner" who became Spain's most wanted criminal has been jailed for 47 years for shooting dead two policemen, a court said on Tuesday.

Jaime Gimenez Arbe was accused of carrying out more than 30 bank robberies on his own and avoided arrest by the Spanish police for some 13 years. Portuguese police caught him last year.

During the trial in Navarra in northern Spain, Gimenez Arbe admitted robbing banks but blamed a Corsican armed gang for the June 2004 murder of the traffic officers aged 31 and 29.

The court rejected his account and found him guilty of two murders, one attempted murder and of illegally possessing arms.

It said Gimenez Arbe fired 21 rounds at the policemen with an M3 submachinegun after they had stopped his car. The court ordered him to pay his victims' families compensation of 238,000 euros .

Gimenez Arbe is now awaiting trial for the death of another police officer and more than 30 bank robberies.

Ryan and His 11 Victims

Indonesia

Indonesian people have shocked by Very Idam Henyansah a.k.a Ryan case last two months,,, Why?? Ryan who come from Jombang, East Java,, was killed 11 people by his hand. His first victim was Hery Santoso,, Ryan and Hery identified have intimate relationship,both live at Depok, West Java.. Hery founded mutilated inside a bag at Kebagusan, Jakarta.
Finally, after police catched Ryan,, everythings seems to be opened. Ryan said that he also killed 4 other mans who burried in his backyard at Jombang. Their ware Aril Somba Sitanggang ( Malang, East Java), Vincentius Yudi Priono (Wonogiri,Central Java), dan Guntur Setio Pramono (Nganjuk, East Java). And the last one was Graddy who one of Indonesia VJ Hunt 2007.
Four of them estimated as Ryan's date friend. Meanwhile police expected that Ryan was a gay and like the other gay Ryan has more jealousy, and he killed his victim because of jealous.

But that Conclusion changed soon after Ryan confession. He admited has killed 5 more victims and also burried at his own backyard. Then the police dig for second times at Ryan house.. it was very shocking because not only 5 victims but there's still another one whom he killed at 2006. Their were Nanik Hidayati (23) and her daughter Silvia Ramadani (3), Azinul Arifin, Muhammad Achsoni, Agustinus Fitri Setiawan, and another one is not identified yet.

Caused by discovery of Nanik Hidayati and her daughter Silvia, First police assume couldn't acceptable. Economy was the pure motive for this case. Nanik's family told that she got 60 million rupiahs when she was missing and killed by Ryan.

But Police did not believe everything that Ryan said. Police believed that were more victims still burried at Ryan house or other place. Recently police recevied more than 20 complaint from family whom thier member have lost.

Until now, Ryan still introgated by the police.. and their belive Ryan has a personality disorder..

A gang signal is a visual or verbal way gang members identify their affiliation. This can take many forms including slogans, tattoo or hand signs. Many of these, especially slogans and hand signs, have become part of popular culture.

Tattoos

Tattoos have long been associated with gang membership, and connote the toughness desired by gang members as well as the permanence of gang affiliation. The designs used are frequently symbolic and represent particular deeds, such as murder.

The gang symbols used in tattoos and graffiti are fairly involved, and refer to the mythology and meaning that each gang may invent. For example, the Star of David represents the Folk Nation once led by a man known as King David. In addition, each point of the star represents a "value" of the "nation." Graffiti

Most often, gangs spray graffiti to mark territory or send a threat to a rival gang. This is also known as a "mark out" graffiti.

Hand signs

"Throwing up" a gang sign (or "Stacking") with the hands is one of the most known and obvious forms of "claiming." It is used in many situations where other identifiers may not be possible or appropriate, and can also show that a gang member is in the area to "do business" as opposed to just passing through. Usually these signs are made by formation of the fingers on one or both hands to make some sort of symbol or letter. It can also serve to relay more specific information, such as what set they represent within a larger gang or in which activities they are currently taking part. Individual letters can be used to tell stories when flashed in rapid succession, each representing a word beginning with that letter. These signs, because they are displayed only when wanted (as opposed to the types of identifiers above) are usually the most consistent across various areas. Many of these hand signals are quite close to other common hand signs, and this can cause confusion amongst gang members, non-gang members, and anti-gang authorities. "Stacking" is also known as a "walk".
